It really is going to be difficult for anybody to give you a good answer. We don't know how you do koshinage in your dojo. A tip given here may directly conflict with what your sensei wants to see. So the best tip I can give you is to ask your sensei or the senior students. I'm always telling our juniors to ask us stuff. The seniors are a resource for you to use...use them, they like it
