Actually, not all of those on the list are affiliated or connected with the Aikikai. The following are independent and probably issue their own ranking certificates:
Aikido Kokikai International, headed by Shuji Maruyama Sensei - Ki Society offshoot
Aikido Yuishinkai, founded by Koretoshi Maruyama Sensei - Ki Society offshoot
Aiki Manseido , founded by Sunadomari Sensei - separated from Aikikai in 1969
Aikido Nippon Kan, founded by Homma Sensei - independent from Aikikai
Tendokan, founded by Kenji Shimizu Shihan - separated from Aikikai
Suenaka-ha Tetsugaku-ho, founded by Suenaka Sensei - Ki Society offshoot
