It was a rhetorical question my friend.
It's a little bit of both. This thread happens to be dealing with the quantitative aspect of training, vis-a-vis, quantifiable inputs such as time and effort vs quantifiable results.

Sure... quality is a subjective valuation. Whereas efficiency is directly measurable.
