Well first, Janet, Congrats on the new home. I hope you get a lot of enjoyment from it. Also, I am close to being in the same boat. As you may recall I got hit with a bad bout of Fibromyalgia about 6 years ago and that has led to numerous other health problems. I have tried to stay with Aikido. I do what I can at home, hoping to build back up to getting on the mat again. I hope I can get there soon.
