~~Hi all!
From time to time I am knocked off my center by intense flows of jittery energy that, try as I might, I can't seem to settle back down. It's like too much juice for the wiring. I'm not centered or rooted, just radiating this hugh, uncontrolled energy outward. I've tried meditation before class, deep breathing, stopping training to visually drop the energy but boing! there it goes again.
Anybody recognize this and have successful remidies? Please
