Again, thanks everyone for the advice. I got back from class today and felt a lot better about the practice. Being the new kid to the area I now feel that I haven't given this dojo a chance and the more I go, the more I am starting to feel more comfortable with this place. I should probably take my own advice and just give myself a chance to become more familiar with the dojo and their way of practice. Culture shock…that's it in a nutshell.
