Aikido & Pilates
I took a Pilates class with my wife last night on an aikido off night, and enjoyed it. It felt like it opened and strengthened my hips, and worked on some small muscles that are probably weak and degrade my stability in aikido. Does anyone have significant experience in both Pilates and Aikido? What are your thoughts?
