I am about to take my 5th kyu test (within a week) and I am working on the memorization of technique names. I know all the techniques, but I can't match the names to the techniques

On my requirements sheet, it looks like this:

Shomenuchi:
Ikkyo
Iriminage
Kotegaeshi


etc.

What does it mean to have ikkyo, seemingly in shomenuchi?

Excuse my newbishness, but I don't understand how this works.
