If you want to get your hands on some books about authentic, traditional Japanese budo in which shuriken (the spikes, not the stars) are used, go to
www.budogu.com and browse through the books and videos there.
In terms of aikido, I also understand that shuriken were, at one time, taught at the Iwama dojo, but the practice was mostly discontinued some years ago.
