DONīT WASH YOUR BELT!!!!
Why wash it? You donīt sweat on it, so it doesnīt need washing!!!! Forget the importance of it holding your energy ... it doesnīt get dirty! Mine has never been washed in 5 years I have had this belt and it is not dirty, smelly, or anything else that is unpleasent.
Just donīt wash it!
