Henka waza being changing from one technique to another
Can I correct you? "Henka Waza" actually means "Varitation Technique!"

Anything that is a different way to your Kihon Waza (basic techinique) of executing a technique is Henka Waza, so if you want to learn some Henka Waza go and find different wys of doing the techniques - train with different people and different schools and see how they do it!!!!!!

There are lots of ideas out there and a lot to learn!
