I agree with you. When I was in California, a small group of us were constantly at the dojos. I trained at 3 to get my fix and tried to do seminars about once a month when I could afford them. Bad fog, California fires, it did not matter. We made the effort to be there.
I am working on an article for either aikiweb or aikido journal, haven't decided, which will touch on the subject of transmission and the function of organizations(or lack therof).
