Hey,
Sadly i would say "Yes" i (IMHO) think that my sensei has stopped learning as (Once again IMHO) I think the standard of black belt in my Dojo is very poor.
My Fiance came to watch my last lesson and the teacher had a small time out for the black belts to show their skill,so to speak and even my fiance who takes no interest in the MA scene commented on how bad their technique and skill was!!
Sad day for all I think.
