Ken,

Given your description of the test, I suspect it's stop and go for the techniques. What I mean is you get a brief stop when a new uke comes in, or a new technique or portion of the test is announced. Sound about right?

I'd suggest Taku's interval training to help with the aerobic/anaerobic pathways.
