IMHO, its is easy to criticize from a spectator position. I was at the Expo and was deeply impressed by most demonstrations.

I personally know that the Ukes for Phong Sensei were not half-hearted in their intent. He does not train that way.

I know other have admitted they moved slower than ususal in order to show the techniques.

I hope most people here will meet again at the Expo this year and have another great learning experience.
