As of this morning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time I am now officially a yellow belt! I intend that this is the first small step in a hopefully very long journey.

Also as a note of encouragement, I will be turning 50 in less than one month. If your age is preventing you from getting off the fence and taking that first step please take my advice, just do it, you will not regret it!
