Learn how a unified body structure, beginning with relaxed alignment that opens up the necessary pathway for receiving and returning force. Instructor Wai Tang, a longtime student and disciple of GM Sam F.S. Chin, will provide a variety of solo and paired exercises to help individuals from any martial background to improve their structure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their own martial art.
