I'm trying to learn Japanese also but haven't had much time to study. Let's see if I can get what you're trying to say...

Ni nen mae ni boku wa nihongo o benkyou hajimemashita ga boku no nihongo wa heta desu.

Renshuu suru ga hittsuyo desu ga dareka o buntsuu shitai desu.

Doumo arigatou gozaimasu

Two years ago you started studying japanese but your Japanese is unskillful. Your study has been by yourself however (buntsuu shitai desu).

I'm not sure what bunstuu means but I imagine you are saying that you wish to speak with someone.

shitai is the "wishing" or "wanting" form of the verb suru. "desu" is the copula or equality operator. I don't think you need that there. I think you're saying you are the one who is wishing to butsuu.

Ki wo tsukette kudasai!
