I love the old black and white films. I'm always struck by just how small O Sensei was, even by Japanese standards. He looks maybe 5' - 5'1'', 130lbs. at the most, but still fast a fish. Not too bad for an old man
Proof positive that technique can overcome strength and power, when applied properly.
Where's the proof? My teacher told me, that O Sensei was at that time still an outstandingly strong person. Even by todays standards. So…?
