are those typo "quiet" and "quit", respectively?
Thanks for reading and responding.

No, actually when I get quiet enough I quit thinking. When I quit thinking, I quit comparing and judging. When I quit comparing and judging, the world becomes quiet.

If we quiet the body by relaxing, we quit trying to use muscular force.

When we quiet the mind, we quit questioning (comparing and judging) everything.

In the old movie War Games, a computer simulation of war scenarios pointed out that the only winning move is not to play.

Thanks again.
