I'm new to Aikido starting in July 2012 so have only done 30 hours. I'm 57 years old, the main reason for starting was to help my general health and hopefully stay more supple and toned. I find I'm quite slow in picking up the moves and there names and I'm not very good at rolling, its interesting that one side of me seems to work better than the other. Hopefully I can stay the distance to be able to enjoy the benefits.
