Ask someone to do the kneeling nikyo pin to you really slowly. When you slap, ask nage to
1.let up, but keep your arm pinned to his/her chest and
2. turn back toward your center slowly, then
3. reapply the pin, again slowly,
4. again turn back toward your center,
5.reapply the pin again, slowly.
6. turn back toward your center again. At the end of this health technique,
7. ask nage to breathe with you and as you exhale,
8. press down on your back to help you expel more air than usual.
