I have met Aubrey briefly, many moons ago at the old Unitarian Church hall in Northampton, he nearly ripped my head off
demonstrating irimi nage to a student that was having difficulty (as I was holding centre), so I chose to ukemi to go with his flow (?) and he had to go with me.
As I said long time ago, I'm sure his technique has much improved and I hope "softened". I think he
could easily rip my head off now if it hasn't.
