Dear Paulina,
I offer another explanation: Mr Ezra also trained under Sekiya Sensei.Perhaps as in my own case Mr Ezra was influenced by Sekiya Sensei? We both met Sekiya Sensei /Yamaguchi Sensei when we were in the A.G.B [the precursor of the B.A.F \U.K.A and the B.B].many years ago. Cheers, Joe
Interestingly, Sekiya sensei (who was also Chiba sensei's father-in-law) ended up studying at the Shiseikan with Inaba sensei - who started aikido with Yamaguchi sensei - circular patterns!

I looked up Terry sensei when in Liverpool for work a year or so back - hadn't seen him for many years (BAF days in the '90s). Thoroughly enjoyed the class - would go more often if closer.
