Lets keep the situation the same
, but change it a bit. Lets pretend that you are a clerk at a gas station. You are low on the totem pole so you get to stack shelves. Another guy gets transferred from another store, they say that he has experience so he gets to be the "pump attendant." one step above your job. He is just crappy at it!!!
