I've had another guy's fist buried in my gut up to the elbow; I've had my wrist twisted up behind my back while you're cranking on my neck and dislocating the shoulder that wrist was supposed to be attached to; I've heard the worst words in the English language ("Look what happens when I do this!") way too many times; i've had the "look--I can dislocate 5 joints at once" technique demonstrated on me; i've seen shihonage turned into something startlingly vicious...

I'm doing fine, thank you. Never better. Can we do it again sometime?
