there is nothing secret as its "hidden in plain sight". If there were "secrets" they would win everything outright, which they don't..... "Ki", as you call it, the Asians have no monopoly on it, race has nothing to do with it, only hard work, body conditioning and knowing which way to move......Path of least resistance.....?
