Hi, Francis. Some martial arts are easy to relate to hitori geiko. For example tai chi can be practised anywhere and karate has many individual kata. This is a good reminder to look past the interconnection with our partners in aikido to some of the different things we can do on our own. Great advice about quiet time in our busy lives.
