Kansetsu waza are armbar techniques---against the elbow. There are many ways to get an armbar.

Shime waza are chokes from in front, behind or from the side. I love shime waza the best.

Tomiki Aikido uses these techniques very often. I am not aware of any other style that uses these techniques.
