Ah - the infamous 'Aikido Depression'
It's something that goes along with training.
The best way around it is to accept it as part of the process - eg. 'Today I notice that I cannot feel any connection' - and then let that observation go. Subconsciously you'll be working on it, and one day you'll notice that you're feeling connection again
Don't beat yourself up about it. Don't think you shouldn't be feeling like this. Just calmly observe what is happening (or not!) and trust your body and mind to sort it out when they are ready to
