well, I speak japanese like a spanish cow, but maybe ryote (both hands) kubishime (neck strangulation)?
ryo kubidori would as another mentioned, seem to describe grabbing both necks.
We use "ryotekubidori" to indicate grabbing both tekubi (the hand-neck - or wrist)...
