Could you guys link me to any of his methods on other breathings, exercises and meditations for developing ki. Other methods by other teachers would be great too.

It's important to work on the whole: posture, breathing, relaxation, extension, center... Each increases the progress of the others, in an upward spiral. If one is omitted, the progress of the others might halt.
