Re: Ki exercises, meditations and breathing?
I come form a ki aikido backrground and have to say that you can simply not really get a great understanding of what ki is, let alone developing it from a book. Find a ki aikido teacher and they will give you a whole host of exercises to develop your ki and through practising that style of aikido you will alos develop your awareness and sensitivity through generating more ki.
Good luck, but remember that it wont come just like that, at least for most it doesnt. There is a lot of bad learning to undo.
