Ki exercises, meditations and breathing?
I recently bought ki in daily life by Koichi Tohei sensei and thought it was a great read and very life changing. I also bought his book on ki and have kiatsu on the way.
But from the first book there was only 3 breathing exercises, and no other meditations or exercises on how to develop ki.
at the end of the book he mentions these but I cannot find any info on his methods?
Could you guys link me to any of his methods on other breathings, exercises and meditations for developing ki.
Other methods by other teachers would be great too.
