Anyone have a good way to become more flexible?
As I mentioned before I start training September 2nd. I have been lifting weights 6 days a week for a while now, but when I decided to practice Aikido I started running and cut the weights down to twice a week. I'm not flexible at all. It's a shame really. So I was wondering if anyone knew of any intensive stretch programs to whip me into shape in a month... My goal is to fit myself into a 16" x 16" box by september 1st. Thanks.
