The players are dancing to the sounds of the environment. They co-ordinate their movements to the drum beat. They do so as a "restriction" which teaches creativity through the interval of the prescribed beat.

I would never teach this to a police officer who needs to police, nor to a special forces type who needs to be quick and efficient. These movements are stylized.

However, I would teach this to a boxer, police officer, or special forces type who wants to expand his knowledge and go beyond his box, style, and belief system.
