Oh yeah... that is how I am thought and shown Shiho-nage as well....
1) Keep hips low, preferably below uke's hip
2) arm should be about forehead/eye level (think shumatsu-dosa ni movement)
3) uke's should be on tip toe
4) Slam uke vertically down all the while keeping contact with uke.

From experience this is also the variation of shiho-nage that uke has very little chance to twist out off.

I feel so O'Sensei' esque.
