I have to say as a 'sword guy' that I really prefer less edited video. I like to take in all of someone's movements as opposed to just the cut itself. Good Iai has speed power and stillness and there is something to appreciate in all three if you have the eyes to see.
It's kind of like watching a snowboard video where you only see them spin and never see them land.
