Sounds like a lot of aikido schools to me..... Don't get this problem as I don't pull rank on my own students.... when we do randori together, I don't get puffy when they manage to get a technique on me.... just congratulate them on learning to get the gist of it.... proves to me they
are learning......
Wouldn't be doing my job if they didn't !!
