Even if some people put a lot of effort and time into it, believing in persistence and they practice according to it, it will still be something which rejects the essence and concentrates on trifling matters. All greatest sciences and arts are simple in form, and rich in content. And what is complicated in form, usually hasn't got much essence. This is true not only in martial art. Think about it."
