Cool

I have read in some of John Stevens books and he states that Yoshinkan Aikido is more of a hard hitting style of Aikido. Also, I have read and heard from others that Yoshinkan Aikido, as practiced by sensei Gozo Shioda, is more in line with the early practices of O'sensei Morihei Ueshiba in that it was more of a combative art being that O'sensei taught Aiki Budo to sensei Gozo Shioda.

Please, you Aikido practitioners on this forum, tell me about Yoshinkan Aikido and how it differs from other styles of Aikido.

Thank you
