I sit in front of a PC during work, so I guess I can't apply it the same way.... But but, I do apply this in other situations, like running to the office during heavy rain, during jogging, (at the gym??), abd also when travelling in general....
Aikido is more than just a Martial Art, its a wonderful part of daily life.
But you can. use your body to move the mouse, instead of just your hands. When ejecting a cd try to use your centerline getting it. When using the rollers on the mouse, focus your energy on that point finger.
