I'm a member of the Zazenkai at Zenshuji here in Los Angeles, so we do traditional Soto Zen practice. So unlike the young fellow above, our practice is very disciplined. I would recommend picking up Shunryu Suzuki's "Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind." It's a very practical discussion of the practice of zazen meditation in terms of breathing, posture, etc. Good stuff.
