Having done more Chi Sau and FMA flow-drills than my limited push-hands, IMHO if we are talking about developing the concept of Aiki (flow, though not called that in WC or FMA) and sensitivity, I think we can make some correlation. OTOH, because the actual physical parameters of the exercises are different from those of Aikido, some may find it hard to connect the dots just on the technical level.
