Hello Gilberto,
I have two people from your city in my dojo. One is Juan Villalobos and the other is Alberto Pena. Juan was in Shotokan karate when he was there but Alberto started Aikido in 1989 and I believe he practiced in Zulia. Alberto is one of my assistants. Take a look at his biography on my website.
