Seriously, I've done those kind of workouts before and I've led classes where I've done some pretty big numbers of continuous cuts. I was more than a little surprised by the comments as they came from more than one person. I have to admit it put me on the defensive. Here I am thinking I'm taking it really easy and it
still got comments. Then I started thinking about pitch counts for major leaguers and it all went down hill from there.
