Hi guys! Yes this is a TOZANDO Hakama. Size 28 and Navy Blue in color. In Brand new condition and will ship in its original Tozando package.

This will fit guys upto 6 feet in height .Ive only wear this once. Im selling it because i dont use it and i have 2 more extra.
