Aikido of Northern Virginia will be hosting a seminar with Mitsugi Saotome Sensei on 16 September 2000. There will be two classes, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The cost of the seminar is $40 for both classes. For further information, see
