Hello, I figure I would post here. I am new to Aikido start on Saturday. I have had much experience in the Martial arts, but after a long lay off (do to injury's and health) am returning. Being 50 years old, I decided on this art to start from "scratch" from. I look forward to a long and interesting journey. I am thinking of starting a Blog of my journey, considering my age and issue's to possible help others in future. Hello and thoughts.
