Seattle I Liq Chuan Seminar w/ Ashe Higgs
 

Seattle I Liq Chuan will be hosting Ashe Higgs for a seminar on May 11th & May 12th.
The seminar will focus on the core 15 basic exercises, but hopefully we will have time to get into I Liq Chuan's unique spinning hands methodology, which is a great way to exercise 6 direction energy with a partner.

we'll definitely cover some of the basics of spinning, and maybe an hour or so of some of our sticky hand training on Sunday.

Well, also because anyone interested in internal body method applicable to their aikido will get a great intro via I Liq Chuan, and Ashe is a great person to train with.

Our May 11th&12th Seminar has moved to the Phinney Ridge Center!
The Phinney Center is such a great location and we were able to move the seminar there too! Space is limited and filling up so reserve your spot now! In addition to Ashe Higgs we have a good group coming from California too. This going to be good and only $120 for the weekend!
